In order to refund E-tickets issued for regular flights through sales system of a/c ‘’SHIRAK AVIA’’ LLC, it is necessary to download an application form, fill -in and send it to our email address for online sales booking@shirakavia.am

 The Process of organizing refund of e-tickets issued for regular flights through “SHIRAK AVIA” a/c sales system

Who must submit the application?

  • The application must be submitted only by passenger himself/ herself and only for his/her ticket.
  • For the passengers under 18 y.o, the application form is completed by one of the parents indicating date of birth (DOB) of the passenger and relatedness.
  • EXCEPTIONS MAY BE in case of payment method via credit card (CC), when the application may be submitted by CC owner, and in case of necessity several passengers from PNR can be mentioned.

Refund Process

The refund amount can be checked with our online sales manager by contacting our call center or via email booking@shirakavia.am.

Fill in refund application form in accordance with below explanation:

NATIONAL PASSPORT: an ordinary passport detail

PNR details: all the fields are mandatory to fill in

Bank requisites: are filled in depending on the payment method

  • Payment by legal entity – requisites of the legal entity should be submitted
  • Payment via Credit Card (if the bank account has been suspended) – requisites of the same person’s new account number
  • NOTE: by completing the application you confirm that on the date of submitting your application you are aware of approximate refund amount. Cancelation of the tickets and refund are proceeded immediately after receiving the application without any additional approval 
  • Put a “real” signature on your application
  • Scan the first page of your passport (the photo page) mentioned in the application
  • Send the scan of the application and your passport to our email address booking@shirakavia.am (Please mention REFUND OF THE TICKET, FLIGHT DATE «_____» ____________ 202__  in the subject line of your E-mail)
  • Wait for the Automatically Generated Reply from us, which will confirm that your letter has been received. In case if you have not received Automatically Generated Reply from us, please contact with online sales manager of “SHIRAK AVIA” LLC via telephone number +374 11 737 757.
